Brexit update for EU customers

Please note, now that the U.K. has left the European Union orders made from countries still part of the EU will likely be subject to customs charges/ import duties when your order crosses the border.

This is beyond my control, please be aware of these extra charges when placing your order.

Hj Jewellery Design is not liable for any customs or duties you may incur.

Business days are Monday-Friday excluding public holidays

Every effort will be made to get your items to you before this lead time, please use this time frame as a guide for the longest time your item will take to be made.

All orders can be shipped ready to be given as a gift if you so wish please leave a note at checkout if you would like your order to arrive without paperwork, all other orders contain an order invoice

UK SHIPPING

All UK orders aimed to be shipped within 3 business days via Royal mail 1st class signed for ,your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Shipping within the UK will take between 1 and 5 days 

This shipping option is not insured, if you wish to have insured shipping please contact me upon placing your order. Special Delivery is available for an additional fee, this option guarantees delivery by 1pm the next business day (UK only) and your package will be insured for any value up to £500

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders aimed to be shipped from the UK within 3 business days.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, for some countries both of these facilities may not be available and will either be tracked or signed for. If this is the case you will be notified via email.

This is also not an insured option, if you wish for your item to be insured please contact me upon ordering.

Royal Mail Intl Tracked and signed for aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days however from experience delivery can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

Sometimes items can be held by customs upon entering your country, this can delay shipping greatly and is not something that Hj Jewellery Design has control of.

Packages may be subject to a customs charge once arriving into your country and Hj Jewellery Design are not responsible for any fees you may incur

Hj Jewellery Design is not responsible for any loss or damage to your item once it has been shipped

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on ready to ship pieces if you change your mind, you must return within 14 days of receiving. Returns on made to order and customs are not accepted.

return postage must be paid by the customer

My pieces are handmade and may contain unique flaws, Any flaws will be outlined in the listing where appropriate

Incorrect sizing returns are also not accepted. Please make sure you are confident of your ring size upon ordering!
